We were introduced to this delight of the taste senses through Schenectady's Greenmarket. We tried a couple of items (different sizes) and found the cooking instructions perfect! One item is better than the next. Save room for homemade pie!
I still love this place! It is great for gifts, especially for the elderly or those who need a easy dinner. I love dropping things off to my grandparents and know they have a good filling meal that only requires the oven. I enjoy the breakfast casseroles for the weekend.
